Take two seconds to breathe!



 




I cant relax until I finish all the things I have to do! How often have you said it? Once a day, a week, a month? I bet more frequent than you imagine!

You are always busy, always on the run and put your needs last and most likely never get to them.

Here is an idea for you:

When you are waiting at a traffic light, or at an appointment or in the kitchen cooking a meal, see that as an opportunity for a mini break. Practice breathing, take deep breaths feel the air fill your lungs as you exhale let you shoulders drop. Do this a few times to recharge a bit.
